5. Advertising Results
Digital advertising platforms, search engines, and social media platforms are controlled by third parties. Campaign performance can be affected by factors outside our control, including:

- Account restrictions

- Budget limitations
Therefore, RJDigilabs does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, clicks, followers, impressions, rankings, or revenue unless expressly agreed in writing.
We will make reasonable professional efforts to optimize campaigns based on the agreed objectives and available data.
6. Website Projects
For website design and development projects, the scope of work, number of pages, features, revisions, integrations, and delivery timeline will be agreed upon before development begins.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving content, design, and functionality before final delivery.
7. Content and Approvals
Where RJDigilabs creates marketing content, advertisements, graphics, captions, or other materials, the client may be required to review and approve the content before publication.
Once content has been approved by the client, RJDigilabs will not be responsible for issues arising from information that the client approved or supplied.
Clients should promptly notify us of any required corrections.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RJDigilabs retains ownership of its original processes, strategies, templates, systems, methodologies, and proprietary materials.
Upon full payment, the client will receive the agreed rights to the final deliverables created specifically for the client, subject to any third-party licenses or restrictions.
Third-party materials, including fonts, stock images, software, plugins, advertising platforms, and other licensed resources, remain subject to their respective terms and licenses.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, hosting providers, analytics platforms, payment providers, and other software.
RJDigilabs is not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, policy updates, technical failures, or decisions made by third-party platforms.
Clients are responsible for complying with applicable platform policies and laws.
10. Confidentiality
Both RJDigilabs and the client agree to treat confidential business information received during the course of a project with reasonable care.
Confidential information may include business strategies, customer information, login credentials, marketing data, pricing information, and other non-public information.
This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently obtained without a confidentiality obligation.
